Unfortunately for me, both the teachers and kids are really good at computer wizardy. We've had literal proxy wars where the students would create/find a new proxy site and the teachers go in and shut it down only for students to make new ones. Hell, there's been a constant tech war in my school (on that we the students are loosing right now ;-;). I guess I'm lucky to be the only kid who goes on RPGuild otherwise they'd probably ban this too. Still no where near as bad as when the administration decided to ban Youtube, christ that was a clusterfuck.
