"Mhm, I'm perfectly happy with it. Maybe I'll show you sometime," She teased in a half-singing voice. The smell of burnt Grimm was pungent, but showing how much it bothered her didn't feel like an option. Soren had been thorough in killing the creature and Lyra wasn't going to make him feel like he was making her uncomfortable. The girl furrowed her brow, "You can't really burn its soul if it never really had one. Stench is aaallllll monster," She pointed out, only realizing afterward that Ulyssa had been speaking metaphorically about Soren's slightly excessive use of power. "On the bright side, the repulsive smell here might drive away anything that was thinking of taking our dinners too... But I guess we can't be too presumptuous." "Oh, I'm filthy," Mocked Owyn, rolling his eyes. "What happened to big bad huntress taking the world by storm, hm?" He piled up the sticks he'd released, but left them on the ground as they discussed their options, "And running isn't the problem - it's the fact that you're literally weightless and it's little bit hard to keep pace when I've got more shit to carry and have to worry about not dropping it." Of course he had to defend himself, whether or not she was being serious in her taunts. At Soren's suggestion, Owyn shrugged and left the fire-ready bounty on the ground, following suit to grab dinner and meet wherever they camped. God dammit, if Lyra shot a firework into the sky to signal them, what kind of thing would that attract? Probably other students - not something they particularly needed right now, either. "Alright, sure." Lyra nodded, letting Ulyssa share her words of wisdom before responding. "Ooh, yeah, good idea." She didn't hesitate to take Owyn's bundle from the ground for herself before looking to the other girl, "I don't hear any running right now, so we'll either need to get a higher look-see, or pick a direction and start walking until we find any of the stuff... Water, I mean." The Faunus looked around, "Since we came from that way," She said with a nod in one direction, "How about we go that one?" With another nod down the opposite side of the clearing, she suggested a route. The forest didn't have any paths, not that she'd seen so far, so they'd just have to make their own. The pair walked for a while, but the forest was emptier than Lyra had thought. Considering how much they'd found in the last day, it was shocking to see how void it was of Grimm and animals out this way. She hoped Soren and Owyn would be able to find them, she was starving... Finally, after what seemed like an hour of walking in what felt like a massive circle, she heard the sweet sound of water crashing. "That sounds like a water fall, or a really big river," She observed, looking over to Ulyssa. "Can you hear it? This way," Lyra instructed, pivoting only slightly to chase the sound. It was only a few minutes away, but it wasn't quite as large as she'd thought when she heard it. Difficult thing to gauge, how much water is actually moving in a rush from such a distance. Thankfully, they were closer to it than she'd realized. A small waterfall poured from atop a small cliff only about twenty feet up, filling a pool that stretched a short distance into the small cove that was likely created by the fall. The rocks at the top and near the pool shined with a bright, wet gloss. Lyra grinned, "Well lookie here... The water looks pretty cold, but the area's nice... What d'you think?" She asked Ulyssa, setting down her stack of sticks and branches. "Should we start the fire while we wait for them to catch up?"
