Currently there is only one other [i]confirmed[/i] race, those being the 'swimmers' with emerald eyes. Aside from them, and the usual human races, there is one other race that might come into play later on, but I'm not allowing characters of that race considering their biology. If you want to create a race, discuss it with me and I'll think about it.

No, characters can join in at any time. There's no rush, but I will probably be starting this up within the next week or two.
