T’charrl had been told about candy and had been recommended it several times, but he hadn’t been able to eat some sometime. It sounded like something he would enjoy as well as all the other sweets he had been told about. “I just sometimes wonder if I’m saying silly things, is all. I don’t want people to get bored of me if I talk too much that is silly. The more I talk, the more I feel I just annoy people”. It was going to be great having all of these things to please him when he visited Earth again, but something he would need to consider would be seeing if this form of his was more acceptable among the natives there. He wasn’t as big as he was before not to mention he looked more like himself so maybe he was going to be able to pull it off this time. He was quite excited with the thought of travelling and it wasn’t as if he had big commitments to deal with at home either, people barely knew he existed after all. “What would be very nice is if we could travel faster. Funny how I can open a portal into the afterlife but I can’t open a portal to another world. My spirit can only stretch so far, I suppose”. Shu didn’t really understand why he had to comply with their eating habits when they weren’t his. He didn’t see what the big problem was or why it was such a negative thing to eat with his hands like nature intended. Shovelling the food into his mouth he stopped when Takeshi pointed out his eating habits once again, staring at him before looking at his fork. He didn’t understand what the problem was but if he was doing it wrong then maybe he should change that. Staring at Takeshi curiously as he demonstrated how the fork works he looked to his own fork before slowly stabbing at the food, watching it slide of at first before giving it another go as he instead licked it off gently as to not bite the fork. He managed somewhat if by somewhat he got the food in, but it was a lot slower than shovelling. Seemingly satisfied that he had managed he bounced on his seat. “Ooh! I did it, yes? It’s really hard”. Viral stared at June when she tried to make him feel better about going to sleep, but he really didn’t feel any sort of comfort when that would only mean someone would have to be watching over him and that would be rather creepy. Trying to get on with the worst part of the day though he did try to eat until he felt he couldn’t eat anymore without gagging much to his disappointment, especially when he enjoyed eating before all this. It just got him sweating and feeling aggressive, easily the first warning signs that he might turn on them in his head. Struggling to come to terms with his own nature he did try to express it to June but with the hopes that he might be able to figure out what to do with himself, but unfortunately that left him questioning what he might do now. It all seemed so vague, certainly making him fear for his existence in the future if he couldn’t find something worth fighting for. Frowning as she continued rubbing his back he soon sighed at the suggestion of a nap again, rubbing his forehead. “I’m not going to do that in public…” he grumbled, removing his hand, “I can’t be fighting all the time either. We always try to avoid fighting, yet everyone trains and continues to get better. I’m expected to sit around all day until a fight comes along, then lose horribly. I can’t fix my mistakes if there’s no way for me to fix them. I gave up trying to fix things a long time ago, so this isn’t any different”.
