Definitely the kind of thing I was thinking - someone that THINKS they're doing good but isn't actually, y'know, running a perfect society.

(Warhammer 40k is one of my favorite universes, so I'm already familiar with the Tau.)

But yeah, I'd really be interested in knowing what sort of posting frequency you have in mind for the IC section - if you've already got one in mind, that is. I basically don't want to sign up for something and then duck out because I can't post as often as required.
