And as a gm, please know that those that are not active in an Rp are frowned upon when speaking in an OOC. I understand waiting and such until available, but lurking in an ooc chatting in an Rp you may never be able to join I have to admit, is a bit odd. 

If you want, you can submit your cs but wait for an intro post. Least then I would know it's a serious consideration.
