[s]Forgot to mention the sprinklers being on, should I edit that part into my post?[/s] A good deal of the ceilings have been destroyed, so any sprinklers still activated would be on parts of the building on the outer edge of the area. When I was looking at what could harm owls, bright lights and rain didn't seem to slow them down, but loud noises can knock them off balance. 

EDIT: Nevermind, it wasn't hard to work in that the sprinklers were on and the inside of the place was wet.
