I had this idea a while back, a character who defeated Death in a combat and, in return, was tricked to use her skills—which overcame Death himself—to hunt down evil doers until she perish or the world is free from evil. I'm posting the WIP to show her powers, if is okay or not. (Btw, I was going with immortality but I don't know if it would be accepted)

She has her mother's looks attached to her, brown eyes, milky-white skin with epicantic folds around her eyes, an evidence of her Asian race. Cath's oval face is followed by a perky nose. Her lips are slightly fleshy and she has above-shoulder auburn hair. She has scars scattered throughout her athletic body.

The leather part of her outfit is detailed with oriental golden lines style. The most remarkable feature in her outfit is the crimson red silk hood from which she gets her vigilante name.

[indent][list][*][b]Touch of Death[/b] — After a stalemate with Death himself, Catherine was drowned in the Fountain of Youth. In the bargain, it was given to Catherine an incredibly long lifespan tempered with a curse. In arrogance and pride she became a mere shell, an instrument of justice; she will never know rest as she wanders this world hunting the horrors that haunt the innocents. All that under a vow not to kill. The tainted waters made her sterile.
[*][b]Arrow Generation[/b] — By manipulatin a form of energy Catherine can generate a number of different arrows each with a special ability depending on the way she shapes it. For instance, she can create arrows that works like flare or, using the same trick, store the energy in a more violent manner designed to produce a blinding flash of light and an intensely loud "bang" and temporarily disorient an enemy's senses. Catherine can also shape elemental energy to use arrows that freeze the surface, electric arrows designed to stun or damage electrical devices, stone arrows used to knock down targets, water and fire arrows. Other uses include arrows that release smoke upon impact, exploding arrows or even entangling arrows. As long she can shape the energy, there is near infinite possibilities.
