There are currently 6 ships docked on the opposite shore of Windhelm. 7 ships blockading and doing Kamaley stuff upstream. They've also seized the other end of the bridge, cutting off access out of the city. Still, several convoys of refugees (including the Khajiit caravan) were able to escape before that happened.

Sounds fun. My first time seeing the sea was so long ago, west coasters like [@Leidenschaft] and myself tend to take the ocean view for granted.

Most bodies are gonna be burned eventually, which would happen on the docks but not in the immediate future. However, some more esteemed people (or if they have the living advocating for them), might get cremated inside or buried in the Hall of the Dead.
