An entertaining thought, but he lives in the gym of his old mentor, with a little cozy apartment. Also he's got a lot of munnies for a slum dweller. He beat a lot of people in the cage to win an MMA tournament.

Not the best guy to try a collect a rent from, mind.
He can however, be his provider of food supplies and wonder why he eats for seven or something.
Or be the barman listening to his rants while drunk.
