Eventually, Asahi lead the other boys out of the pizzeria. Any survivors shortly followed after, either to give chase or just scram before the cops came. Retsu sighed at the disaster of a outing, but it at least fulfilled one objective: making Yuuno disinterested in Asahi. She only wished it could have been done in more... Controlled environments. Taking off her gloves and putting them into a nearby trash can, Retsu was going to simply leave and wait for the others when she noticed Yoshino running off into the bathrooms. She supposed the girl needed some time to wash up, but was this really the time for it? Still... Perhaps Yoshino didn't quite have the same stomach as Retsu when it came to violence. She was no stranger at seeing young people get brutally beaten to the point of death. It was something her father wanted her to get used to, in their line of business. Perhaps it was a way to keep Retsu in line. Either way Retsu chose to head into the bathrooms as well, just to check up on Yoshino. When she entered she saw Yoshino splash her face with water. For some reason she did so even with her glasses on, which Retsu found as odd. Perhaps Yoshino was a bit shaken up from the bout of violence? "Tsugumi-san? Are you alright?" Retsu was aware that she had referred to Yoshino by her first name a while ago. A slip of the tongue, done during the heat of the moment. Retsu walked over and offered Yoshino a handkerchief to wipe her face with, as the bathroom here only had air dryers. "Tsugumi-san... I'm sorry for what Asahi had done. I should have known he would have attracted trouble. I should have been prepared for that, but instead I..." Retsu spoke quickly, uncertain of what she was actually trying to say. Honestly she didn't really care nor feel guilt over Asahi's actions, only annoyance. Perhaps she was worried that Asahi's actions would reflect badly on her (All the more reason why she wants to keep their relation to one another a secret). Sighing and shaking her head, Retsu figured she had nothing more to say. Yoshino was obviously shaken up and could use some help. Retsu of course was here to help, despite how aloof and manipulative she can come across as. Meanwhile Asahi had managed to put quite a bit of distance between the pizzeria, taking what was left of the thugs with him. Without their numbers and without having to hold back, Asahi brutalized the remaining few fighters, though not without a few scars to show for it. He got stabbed in the gut and his glasses were smashed, his face now adorned with a bloody nose and black eye. But he was the last one standing. Compressing the fairly shallow stab wound on his belly, Asahi called up a few friends to come pick him up. At the same time, he sent a message to Yuuno hoping to somehow salvage the situation.
To: Yuuno Kurogami From: Asahi Goroshi Subject: I'm sorry about that I know I have a lot of explaining to do Yuuno-san, so please let me explain the best I can. Those guys were troublemakers who I've been trying to keep away from some friends of mines, so they have a grudge against me. I had hoped that they wouldn't be so stupid as to fight me while I was with you guys, but I guess that's my fault for being naive. I know you might have seen a more... Darker side to me, but I swear to you that I don't always go around fighting like that. I was only trying to protect the people I care about.
It was a good thing that Asahi didn't have to tell Yuuno all of this in person, because he wasn't a good liar up front. Truth be told while the thugs were bothering one of Asahi's friends, he was the one who elevated hostilities by having himself and his own gang make more personal attacks on their friends and family, culminating to this brawl. He was hoping to do a straight up gang fight instead of this impromptu skirmish, but hopefully he did enough of a number to them that they're be too weaken to keep up the tough act. Asahi had no regrets for what he's done, and he should finish what he started. As soon as he got the other guys with him. Asahi also had to make a note to thank that girl who showed up: things would have gotten much uglier if Asahi was expected to fight all of them himself. Without that girl Asahi wasn't even sure if he'd make it out alive. Speaking of alive, Asahi's friend arrived to get him patched up. Not one to go to a hospital, Asahi was driven back home where he could get his wounds looked at by the family nurse. [@TheWindel][@KoL]
