Shiba was surprised to first see that Usagi was alive or well he was not dead or whatever they call it. Shiba then came to the realization during class which he didn't take any part of, that he was dead. Somehow in someway Shiba was dead and one cant kill something that's already dead so the whole murder thing the prez did wasn't really killing it was more of a normal warning if nothing else. 

During classes:
During the classes Shiba stayed out of them by going to the vending machine and used a trick he learned to get a freebie....which in reality was just Shiba breaking the thing open and taking one. He then went to the roof of one of the buildings to think about everything how he got here and how he could be dead and all that. Shiba then smiled when he realized that now that he was dead he didn't have to listen to his parents he didn't need to worry about their back breaking expectations anymore he was free to do what he wanted when he wanted.

at the meet up point on a bench outside of a building nearby:

Shiba was waiting for Usagi to show up and explain how he died and in truth it seemed like a pretty bad way to and apparently he didn't want to say much more then that but if anything Shiba couldn't judge him about how he lived before. [color=green]Honestly I don't remember dying at all, the last thing I remember was that it was after finals and I was at this party and when I mean party I mean the kind of party a "goody two shoes" kid wasn't meant to attend. Waking up in a different place after a black out wasn't all that out the ordinary for me so I didn't know I was dead till I saw you walking around again.[/color] Shiba said unsure of how else to explain he had no memory of his actual death all he could remember was partying like their was no tomorrow. Shiba could accept that he was dead but he simply wanted to know if his parents even mourned him after that...
