So if I say something that seems like you've made me feel bad, but it's not capitalised at the beginning, then you haven't actually made me feel bad, because I'm not ever being strictly serious when I say something with lowercase. I may say something that's true (like those 3 "choices" that I gave) but it's done in a non-serious way. (And don't stress yourself about figuring out whether something I say is actually true or not.)
