She is a quick wit and smooth talker in every language she has command of. Working for years with the U.N. made her a diplomat who would not put up with anything from anyone. 

	Quick to laugh, and quick to knock someone on their ass. She had a gift to be able to tell someone to go to hell and make them look forward to the journey. She keeps people at an arms length but will kill and die for her team; though she isn't above knocking some sense into them if the occasion calls for it. Sarcastic at times, sometime people cannot tell if she is joking or just being cruel.

[b][color=a187be]History:[/color][/b] Risa was born to the Couri family; her father a linguistics professor and her mother a former national champion in Tae Kwon Do. This created a unique home life; her father teaching her to use her words, her mother teaching her what do to when words where no longer effective. She took to both at a young age. 

	Risa loved seeing what she could get away with at a young age; if she couldn't sweet talk her way out of a situation she would fight her way out. If that didn't work, she would need a quick exit; girl had a knack for getting in over her head from time to time. Being able to free climb became key in keeping her pretty little head on her shoulders.

	She excelled in school and was set to join the Finnish Air Force after she turned 18; due to her mastery of several languages by this time she was recruited by her government to work as a translator for their various Embassies. They would assign her to various diplomats as a liaison when traveling.

	She enjoyed the work and travel, quickly working up the ranks to Language Coordinator for the U.N. in Geneva due to her leadership skills, mastery of the official U.N. languages and ability to calm hostilities between nations thanks to a quick wit and smooth talking game. This plus her past times brought her into the focus of Argus and she has been with them the last year.

If there is a besties for spies, it is these two. They work well together and can be seen hanging out when not on an opt. [*] ☮ [b][color=a187be]Len Mordikai:[/color][/b] Risa thinks well of Len, he seems alright and is a good team mate. They share a love of Sci-Fi, which means you'll hear them make quips from various movies.
