From his warning, Wes looked around the arena as the lights flickered. Seeing that David was absorbing the energy to power himself up, Wes could feel his body altering itself to help him adapt to the situation now that he's be exposed to it. With a smile, Wes pulled his hands out of his pockets "And I'm going to ask you now, give me your all." Bringing his hand up with a 'Bring it' gesture. It wasn't cockiness...and not exactly carelessness but...it was more out of curiosity as to how far his body can be pushed.
