The recommended races are on the first post in this OOC. Feel free to ask me about any races not mentioned on my list. One I need to add is Hengeyokai. Most classes are acceptable in Azmier although magic classes have been crutched. If your not sure on a class just ask. Your free to create what ever character you like as long as it fits in within Azmier. 
Think of this setting like Waterworld in D&D world. It's very hard to survive and people are basically barely hanging on. There are two cities in the whole world besides floating shanty towns.
