Modified Skills:

[O1S1] "Enhanced Soul Forging": In his Soul State, Drax can pull out the entire soul of a being whose either extremely weakened/unconscious, which gives the weapon in question a substantial power increase to it's abilities. However, the abilities can only be used to their full potential while in the Soul State, so if Drax bonds with a person in this state, he'll only be able to use a lesser version of the weapon until he reenters the state(ex: Clara). Removing the soul completely from an individual will leave them completely paralyzed and unable to move or defend themselves, and if they die like this, than it's like he took their soul using the Soul-Reaping ability. Also, any weapon made this way will always have a stronger effect than normal, as it's the whole soul that's being used, not a fragment. As normal, once the weapon is dismissed, the soul will return to its original body if possible. Bonded weapons, however, gain half of the power from Drax and the other half from the bonded individual, unless than individual is dead(like Clara). This way, they share the burden of keeping the weapon active. He can only keep one enhanced Soul Forged weapon out at a time with his current level of skill.
Clara: When in Soul State, the hellfire can be sent out in powerful waves of consuming flames, as well as being manipulated by Drax to some degree to allow it to move and chase after targets, though this requires some focus and can be taxing on him over time.

[O1D1S1] "Aethereal Form": While in his Soul State, Drax's Aether reinfocement automatically activates, and gets a solid boost in effectiveness and versatility. While in his Soul State, he gains greater protection from physical damage, and a decent amount of protection from other hazards as well. His magical power is greatly increased, allowing him to strengthen his spells with the power of his Aether, as well as strengthening his own life force to give him greatly enhanced stamina, durability, reaction time and strength. It can't spread from the blade onto others, but it has the ability to eat through nearly any material, given time, allowing him to not only better face off against armored opponents, but also cut through barriers that stand in his way. Another use is that the fire can also do is disrupt magical barriers and holdings as well, though not nearly as well as the physical ones.
Stygian Chill: THis blade is his back-up in case he's in a situation hwere using Clara is either ill-advised or not possible, it belonged to his old master, and his master before him, and so on and so forth. It bears ancient enchantments that are said to house great power, but only to those who can decipher them, to which Drax has found himself unable to do. As of now, it's simply a regular blade in his hands, though it does bear an extreme amount of durability and lacks a need for constant care to keep it's edge, though the minor repair here and there are still needed to keep it in top condition. The only enchantment that Drax has been able to figure is that it cast an unnerving chill on those whose flesh it pierces, though the effect is mild, ultimately harmless, and temporary.
Offensive Skills:

"Soul-forged Steel": "Drax is capable of creating weapons by utilizing the life energy, or Aether, of either himself or those around him. When using this ability on others, they usually will come with a magical enchantment that is somehow related to their personality, powers. or both. The same could be said about the look and type of weapon as well. The person does not have to be willing for him to create the weapon, but it does make the process easier and less draining, cause even taking it from weak-willed individuals will lead to a noticeable feeling of fatigued if they were resisting the entire time. The strength of the individual will also lend itself to the strength of the weapon, meaning that a strong person will have an equally powerful weapon to offer, and vice-versa, if he takes a weapon out of some cannon-fodder, he gets a weapon fitting of cannon fodder. The weapons are mostly temporary, unless he fuses his soul into them. If Drax mixes his own Aether into that of another person, then he'll be able to use that weapon whenever he wishes(provide he pay the Aether cost), as well as creating a powerful bond with the chosen person. This could be a pro or a con, as the bond is permanent and has a great amount of influence on those involved. For example, if one person in the bond were to get injured, than the other would feel their pain just as intensely as they did. The same could also be said for emotions, thoughts, and feelings, though to a lesser degree, especially when they're far away from each other. If one in the bond were to die, than the other would be struck by an intense amount of Aethereal backlash, sending them into a world of pain and most likely sending them into a coma for a couple days."
"Magus Teachings": "Drax is a mage first and foremost, or more to the point, a magus. Magus are a form of Battle Mages who take their knowledge of the Arcane and bring it to the front lines of the battlefield with deadly efficiency. While not the most respected amongst most traditional magic-users in the world, most militaries are more than glad to welcome a magus into their mix. Drax in particular focuses on the use of Silent Casting through the use of simple gestures to summon forth the elements to do his bidding. His masteries go as follows: Fire[Medium], Darkness[Medium], Ice[low], Earth[Low]. Along with this magical knowledge is an impressive knowledge in the use of many types of weapons, though Drax specialization is in slashing weapons, more specifically light one handed slashing weapons that left a hand free for casting, though he's decent enough with most forms of bladed weaponry as long as they aren't too big, like a spear or a halberd.
Defensive Skills:

"Aether Reinforcement": "Could technically ably to all of the categories, but is most apt in the defense segment, as that's it's main use. With this ability, Drax can use his own life force to coat himself with an invisible field of Aether, acting as a form of armor that neither weighs him done nor gets in the way of his movements. It decently durable, able to hold up against a good number of blows from the average opponent. Along with that, he also gets a small boost to his strength and endurance while coated in the armor, and a decent boost to his speed and reaction time as well due to the heightened Aether awareness this ability gives him.
OUtility Skills:

"Magical Talent": Drax is a very intelligent and talented magic user, being quick on the uptake when learning new things, especially when they're having to do with learning about the Arcane. He's also had a variety of tactical knowledge drilled into him from a young age by his late-master, making it so that he can calmly assess most situations and find away to overcome any obstacles in his path.
"Reaper of Souls": "Drax can gather Aether from living beings around him, thus replenishing his own magical stamina if they happen to be running low, though not with great effectiveness unless the subject is recently deceased or well on their way to becoming so. This gives him a rather sizeable amount of Aether to use as he sees fit, also including in his Soul-forging. What's more, if he uses his excess Aether for Soul-forging by itself, he has full control over what the weapon he summons is and what it can do, though the power level of said weapon depends entirely on how much Aether he puts into it. Unfortunately, he can't hold on to any excess Aether for an extended period of time, meaning that
"Aura viewing": "Drax is able to tell someone's general power level, the type of ability they might have, but not any specifics(For example: Sees a person with Desert Magic, and he can tell that they have something to do with heat, earth, and possibly storms). HE can also tell their general mood and disposition, as well as whether or not they're lying or trying to hide something, though this ability doesn't work to well with people who are extremely good at lie or do so pathologically, as their is usually little change in their aura. Weaknesses:
(Regular skills follow a 2:1 balance. For every 2 Strengths/feats/utilities/etc there must be at least 1 weakness.)
"Two's a Crowd": Drax is currently plagued with a killer in his head at nearly all times of the day, due to the fact that, in his rage and ignorance, he had killed her on the day his master was worried and bonded her soul to his without even thinking about it. Now he's stuck with a murderous assassin, whose name is Clara, who's constantly trying to push her will on to him. While he can usually ignore her advances, his mental barriers weaken when he begins to fatigue himself or is emotionally unstable, making it harder to resist her. If she succeeds in taking him over, than he'll lose himself to his more primal and savage instincts, becoming much more chaotic and self-serving. This also has the affect of sealing off some of his other abilities, as well as causing him to fight a lot more wildly than he normally would. He becomes a reckless instrument of destruction and chaos, seeking to completely destroy anything in his way.
"Yin and Yang": Drax finds his powers completely negated when he's under the effect of or just go hit by the power of the void or the blight. The presence of such overwhelming corruption and death cause leaves him with little connection with Aether. It also causes him to become quite lethargic and weighs heavily on his will, leaving him less motivated to do anything and more prone to give into Clara or any other external pressures on his psyche.
"Not a Real Mage": Drax, as a magus, has a harder time talking to or getting along with other traditional magic users due to the general disdain of Magus by most of the magical community, treated as more of a back-alley street magician than an actual disciple of the arcane arts. This derision can also lead to conflicts when none should exist between any group he is a part of and the magic user in question.
"Half-Elf, Full Bastard": WHile he's unaware of being a bastard of the Hester Family. he's fully aware of how his half-blooded lineage gains him more derision and disrespect than anything else. Due to him being a half-elf, he has never been able to fit in well with both human and elven society. Elves tend to think of him as a lesser being, while humans either think him to be as good as an elf at certain things, only to be disappointed at his lack of expected aptitude, or treat him as badly as the elves, if not worse.
"No magic, big problem": While Drax does have a good amount of martial skill, he's still very reliant on his magic, so if he ever finds himself in a position where his magic isn't available, his usefulness tends to drop significantly. Also, since his soul-forging counts as a form of summoning, it can be effected by spells that dismiss or weaken summoned creatures.
