Isn't S-class right off the bat a little overpowered? If it were just GM-PCs that don't ever do anything but guide the newbies and are always suspiciously absent (coughGildartzyoushittyoldmancough) whenever important things happen that'd be one thing, but if players are using them it seems like it'd be an unfair advantage.
