I was hoping to keep the schools somewhat separate (They know of each other's existence, obviously, but the heroes haven't been able to find out the physical location of the villains school, for instance), and we do seem to be getting some good numbers of players. Perhaps you could have friends in the other schools and the like, to increase interaction opportunities.

As for power levels, think Spiderman and slightly above.
