I once took [url=https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/3c/1958_Subaru_360_01.jpg]the slowest race-able car in Gran Turismo 4[/url] (there are two that are slower, but you can't race them against other cars), which has a top speed of 50, and tuned it until I was able to get it to almost 200 mph. I would go to the Test Track (huge oval for high speed testing) and it would put me against low-level supercars, and it was tremendous fun to pass them all in a car that weighs as much as a shoe. Never was able to hit the magic 200, though...
