[@Archmage MC] Actually you made me realize I forgot to respond. Was carried away with Penny. 

I say just remove it. Light's movepool is open ended enough to not really need anything more. 

It's an OC in a RP that can include any universe, I think the lack of restraints should leave you with enough ideas to add (if you REALLY want to) without my input.
