Could you show us an example of how 1 round of IC-combat would play out?

I think I understand the HP and Stamina point system, but I'm wondering how a simple "Player 1 attacks Troll. -10 HP" would look in realtime. 

[i]"Each battle post will decrease the left number by one unless the battle post is the character literally doing nothing"[/i]

Does that mean once our character reaches 0 stamina he/she should stop posting in the IC for the time being?
