Uriel will be going with Lucius. He both has spite towards those at the Palais and wants to keep Lucius safe as he can-and his only chance of survival is [i]at[/i] Voltas, so he will be planning to slip away to find Conqvist or whomever during it to get on that at some point during the counterattack.
