[@thewizardguy] I had an Imperial Guard battle force when I was younger. I never looked too far into the lore. Everyone was bad from what I understood, except maybe the Tau, but they came too late for me. As far as I was concerned, my men were not to reason why, they were to do and die! And die they did, in those chaotic days of youthful foolishness and no-point limits on armies. I think 40k's lore has gotten to complex for itself. Only neckbeards care about why their soldiers are on the table, everyone else just wonders why the Hell GW's products have become smaller and cheaper in quality, and yet way more expensive than they were in the 90's. I looked to getting back into it recently, more for the painting side of things than playing, but christ almighty - the prices! WHOA. I went with other, lesser established firms that produced miniatures of equal quality for half the friggin' price in the end. There's no pardoning that greedy blasphemy, I hope GW crumbles and something better moves in. Not that I wish to start an argument of course, I'm just stating my own under informed opinion of the situation, and using aforementioned under informed opinion to bludgeon you to death :D :D :D I should be on tumblr.
