I'm afraid Bronzycoder has had some stuff come up recently, and he isn't going to be able to commit to the RP quite how he expected to, a shame.

For the time being, vFear will be able to roleplay Xiaopeng as an NPC until someone makes an application to take the chinese spot, if no one makes an app within the next day or so, i'll plan with vFear what'll happen for Xiaopeng.
