Kyuuten is actually very considerate of people's feelings. He wouldn't try something like that after just meeting her. It would more of a development at came around as she got to know and get used to Kyuuten and understand that despite his curiosity it really is just a playful with no real intention if pulling off the hood. If he ever did manage to get his hand on it he would simply let it go.
