Personality: Richard Hawk is evil. Cartoonishly evil. For reasons that defy explanation he just seems to [i]hate freedom[/i]. He hides it well, but the moment he sees an opportunity for power all subtlety goes out the window. When Richard goes in he goes in big, loud, and cackling. He seems like the sort of person who wouldn't care what anyone thinks of him, but he actually seems to have a bit of a hero complex. He wants people to love him as some sort of hero even as he's oppressing them. In many ways the man is a big child who sees the world as a toybox for him to play with and just can't help himself.

Bio: Nothing much is know about Richards past, other than him serving with his friend and future running mate Michael Wilson in a conflict known as the Arizona Insurrection. The two were apparently war heroes.

Sometime after Michael became president Richard and the military launched a coup d'état, driving Michael from the White House. Richards policy changes were swift and brutal. Dissidents across the country were thrown in public cages, the government took control of the media, and a giant mechanical spider was set loose in the streets of New York City. Eventually Michael fought his way across the country and the two had a showdown in Las Vegas before Richard escaped into space. Micheal pursued, and after a fierce battle Richard was sent tumbling into the atmosphere. 

Perhaps it was his tumbling to Earth like a falling star combined with Michael's burning American spirit and earnest wish to save his friend, but in that moment Richard was shunted from his universe.
 
Abilities: Richard is an excellent mecha pilot.

Standing at one story tall, quite small by mecha standards, Richards Mobile Armor is actually quite sturdy. Capable of tanking multiple rockets and uncountable rounds of small arms fire. While incapable of true flight its booster system allows it to remain airborne for quite some time, either by firing continually for a boost of speed or chaining together multiple short boosts. These boosts also allow it to freely and quickly change direction, a technique essential for dodging fire on the battlefield. The booster can also be fired off for deadly melee attacks, the most dangerous of which is a diving kick.

The mecha's backpack pods contain a rack holding three weapons each, allowing the pilot to quickly switch out weapons to suit his needs. In desperation the pods can also be used to fire every weapon equipped to them at once in a devastating barrage. The pods are modular, allowing any weapon to be thrown in there so long as it is large enough for the mecha to use. Strangely they seem to be able to hold weapons that are larger than they logically should be able to.

Organization: Reign of Chaos. Worked his way up to executive, but busted back down to subordinate after two months for "Gross misappropriation of vital war resources for the purposes of wanton and ultimately pointless supervillainy."
