Good evening ladies and gents.

Cheers for taking a gander at my first (and possibly last) foray into 1x1. I've been on RPG since a year or so before Guildfall, mainly in the casual section and I GM a couple of RPs that have somehow lasted over a year apiece. While I'm no great writer, I think I'm alright as a roleplayer and such. However I do find that group RPs tend to run either too fast or too slow and besides, they never seem to run the content I'm after. Which brings me to this particular INT.

Basically I'm after one or two partners for a selection of 1x1s or perhaps 1x1x1s. Romance is an option on pretty much all of them, but not essential; I like to have romance in my RPs as a sub-plot rather than the main focus, so please bear that in mind if anything here interests you. I'm also quite keen on non-romantic RPs even if they do seem to be the exception to the rule here in 1x1. I like the idea of having other kinds of relationships; perhaps something based on loyalty, respect or just plain old platonic friendship (aKa bromance). As I mentioned I'm a casual RPer, but could probably stretch that to low advanced in content if not post length. I request any potential RP partners be at the same kinda level. I apologise in advance, but I'm a grammar Nazi who never [i]actually[/i] criticises bad grammar. I just get annoyed and grumble like a geriatric.

A little bit more about myself for context and such; I'm a 26 year old Englishman trying to juggle university, work and alcohol, so my posting schedule tends to be a bit irregular. I should be able to post around every other day, maybe every day depending on life. I watch far too much slice of life anime, so that kinda influences my writing. My characters tend to be quite similar to myself in that they are lazy, good natured and rather sarcastic. They do vary though, don't worry. I can play females, but I'm useless at anything other than tomboys, so be aware. I'm shit at doubling up btw; NPCs I can handle, but multiple full characters in the same RP tend to get messy. Romance is fine no matter the genders involved and I'm alright with 99% of mature themes. Just don't go into [i]too[/i] much detail on the gore pls. For the record, I don't do canon characters. Well, more accurately I [i]can't[/i] do them, so OCs only.

And now for the actual RPs. I have a list of fandoms I'd murder for, plus a handful of original ideas. I'm open to a lot of things, so if you've got an idea you think I'd be interested in, give us a shout.

Bit of a guilty pleasure, this one. I'd mainly be interested in playing a less combat-oriented story, maybe following a guild of support players like blacksmiths, miners and such.

Anything and everything about LH, so long as no canon characters are involved. I'd prefer to have it set in the Japanese server, but include a bit of world travel too. A Person of the Land noble and their Adventurer bodyguard/retainer would be perfect.

Unsure of what kind of setting, but anything Fallout is fine by me. London would be pretty interesting.

Pretty much the same as above. Would need to brainstorm a story though.

Now I don't normally do steampunk but after playing the game, I wanna try my hand at a little Lovecraftian naval adventure.

Honestly I'm surprised there isn't more hype for this. Magic, amnesia, teenage angst and goblins. What's not to like?

But not as we know it Jim. Imagine a nitty gritty Pokemon world where the Pokemon themselves look like [url=http://arvalis.deviantart.com/gallery/39915677/Realistic-Pokemon]this[/url]. Big, scary dinosaur like things that eat people. Humans have to capture (re enslave) Pokemon to survive and hunt them for food and materials. Our characters set out from one fortress-city to another, having less orthodox and more terrifying Pokemon adventures.

I expect I'll add more to this list over time.[/hider]

In a world where humanity had been brought to the brink of extinction by orcs, devils and all manner of fantastical nightmares, some bright spark came up with the idea of binding souls from a parallel universe (i.e. ours) to fight as cheap, immortal soldiers known as Servants. Fast forward a few centuries and humanity has regained its tenuous hegemony. Servants are no longer in the vogue and can be bought for discount prices to serve as anything from farm labourers to slaves. One man makes a trip to a cheap Servant market, hoping to buy a bodyguard for his planned journey...

High fantasy, high action, high confusion on the part of the Servant. Basically I'd like to play as the guy; he's got a goal and a plan and needs some muscle to get it done. Servant = muscle, however initially unwilling they may be. This one could work as well with three or more players as it could with two.[/hider]
