Rebeca blinked as she watched Alain retch into the dumpster, then chuckled to herself. “Damn kid, looks like you’re having a lot worse night than I am.” Setting her box of pasta down, she stood up and casually walked up behind him, giving him a light smack on the back. It still felt like he had been hit with a heavy box. “Take it easy, don’t want you puking up your guts too.” She leaned against the dumpster, closing her eyes and concentrating heat into her hand as she rubbed his back. She didn’t know if it would help him, but it was something that Mihkail and Maya both found comforting when they were hurt or ill. As long as she didn’t go too hot, she figured it wouldn’t hurt. “I know I can be scary kid, but I’m not even trying now, so relax. I don’t bite.” Her gaze turned up towards the sky. “And you’re probably right. Most of the people aren’t that bad, just weird. Lot of things piled up at once. I’ve just had enough drama for one night, don’t usually spend this much time around people.” Rebeca glared over at Mihkail. “Not that certain people didn’t contribute,” she called over. The Spike Pokemon kept his eyes closed innocently. I have no idea what you’re talking about. He opened them, however, when he felt Maya scuttle off his back, chittering enthusiastically. Spying Kaze and Jingle smiling from the shadows, he rumbled. Oh, and we have another visitor. Rebeca blinked. And who would that be? Kid with clothes that’re too small. Mihkail rumbled again, this time amused as the Shellfish Pokemon once again proceeded to snuggle into Kaze’s lap. Maya seems to think he makes a good bed. Huh. Rebeca glanced at Alain again, then back up at the sky. Let’er. Mihkail rumbled in surprise, raising his head, then settled back down.
