Maya joined Kaze, just as he had requested, and Jingle seemed to enjoy her company, snuggling up next to her in Kaze's lap. For a moment, he wondered if Rhyhorn would come as well, then he noted the look on the heavier Pokémon's face, and wondered to where Maya could here him, He's tattling on me, isn't he? He let the question hover for a minute, then continued, I guess it doesn't matter too much. It's much nicer out here than in the restaurant, even with our friend throwing up over there. Then Jingle began to try playing with the Shellfish, and when it got its attention, it seemed overjoyed. In fact, so much so that Kaze thought it was glowing--literally. Then it hit him, it actually was glowing. Quite notable given the sun had set and even the indoor parts of the city were darker. Soon, the light engulfed the entirety of Jingle, making it impossible to see much of anything beyond the pearly sphere of radiance surrounding the Bell Pokémon. Slowly, the glow faded, and there, in Jingle's place, floated a new Pokémon. It appeared bluish white with red markings on its spherical body and tag-like tail. "Chime~!" it sang, a large smile across its face. "Jingle?" Kaze asked, his voice quiet. "Is that you?" "Chime~!" it repeated, bobbing slightly in the air as if nodding. "You- You evolved!" he responded, excitement filling his hushed voice. Kaze had heard about devices called Pokédexes, but he was not lucky enough to own one, or anything that could serve as one, so he couldn't find anything new on this evolution of Chingling, but he was reassured by the Pokémon itself that it was indeed the same Jingle he had had by his side. Jingle also seemed ecstatic, floating in random patterns around Kaze and Maya, occasionally brushing its tail against them while chanting its new name, Chimecho. Kaze didn't mind it enjoying itself, and in fact found himself giggling as it circled. He could get used to this.
