Sort of. Alex's temper is his downfall and as much as he won't want to take it out on anyone he cares about because he knows it's not their fault, he knows it'll probably still happen and when he cools off he will apologize for it. It's a family thing. And that is Clary's big brother, she's not going to leave him knowing he's not okay. 

Well, that'd be one of the majority groups of the school going one way and if most of thr vampires end up going dark that's a second majority group. It'll be like David and Goliath.
