[@Ambra] the two sets of clans are pushed apart by a splitting of mountains. There's a larger valley where Light, Cliff and Ash live and only a small forested area for Oak while Boulder lives in the mountain. The tunnels had already been carved out before and what could have been the remains of another clan are there, so the rumors etc of cats on the other side of the mountain would be interesting. 

Playing it as two different role plays for now makes it easier to keep them apart so people don't get confused. I intend to keep the main focus hopefully on Oak, Cliff and Boulder for now. Though Light is going to offer issues and Ash the bridge. For plot later of course
