[@Loony] I'll take your word for it then :p.  Also that reminds me, there was an African Grey parrot there too, that was the bird we weren't allowed to be loud around, I guess because they were old?  Also I did some quick Googling and going from memory, the toucan they had looked the most similar to a keel-billed toucan.  And yeah it was probably a preventative measure or they just thought he wouldn't want to be touched all day.
