Well, you don't have to have your character meet practically everyone in your intro/first post; it's your choice as to who you'd like your character to meet, when they meet them and etc; as long as it establishes basic character traits of him and stuff. And yeah, we're probably going to have them meet each other in the meeting room anyway. xP
