Rhoslyn is the daughter to one of Falor’s richest, and strictest, cloth merchants. Growing up she was spoiled and always had anything she wanted, having new gowns and jewelry every other day. She was the apple of her mother’s eyes and her father had big plans for her, searching for a perfect suitor for his daughter ever since she was a few months old. As a child, Rhoslyn was lively and cheerful, she loved to attract the attention, not always for all the right reasons. She was smart and could talk anyone into doing things to her likes, sometimes even her own father. A woman well known for her beauty and fashion sense. She was different since she was little, people would not only talk about her beautiful appearance and fashion choices, but also about her constant denial to be second best to any man. Her leading and sociable nature though made her loved and liked by many people, especially royals. She loved to attend balls and go out, she rule Falor’s social scene as a teenager. It was during one of these balls she attended that she met a man and fell in love. He was a few years older than her, but she did not mind. The two started seeing each other in secret and their relationship lasted for a long while.

When her father found out, he arranged a marriage for her immediately. The man she loved was an actor and her father did not approve of him, nor did he want him to take his daughter’s hand in marriage. Even though the man had proposed they eloped and ran away together, she knew she had to choose between family duty and their love. Forced by her father to give up the man she loved, only weeks later, Rhoslyn was condemned to marry a man she felt nothing for. The man who she loved traveled away on the high seas and she was left alone. Therefore she didn’t have much of a choice when she was forced to wed to the King of , in order to save her family and their name. She didn’t love him, but she at least liked him even though he was much older than her. 

The true change in her life came when her son was born. It was the happiest moment of her life and she grew closer to her husband through out the pregnancy and birth. They became the ideal family. Fate however had other plans for them, and her son passed away at age three. Rhoslyn became depressed.
