[@Pink Madness] There isn't a specific Age Limit, but the general range is 10-20 for RPs like this. But hell, you could be as old as that old man in Red and Blue for all I care XD.

Also, Ho-Oh is one of the two Legendary Duo, which are their own team. I get where you were going with it, but that most likely won't work.

EDIT: Also, the Mega, yes, they will be fan created, or fake megas as you said. Now that I think about it too, I need to set some guidelines for those.
