His mother is a ex Breeder, whom has a few of her old pokemon running around her house. She was the reason why Alfred has a Zorua as the original person whom bred the Zoroark didn't want the egg for one reason or another. Alfreds father is a construction worker and he has currently found work in house building in the Viore region.

Even so he treats his pokemon with the utmost respect, after all he is only the tactician, they are doing all the hard work.
