Most of it was his schedule for Fiona and what she should and shouldn't eat... same with the dos and don'ts....Most of it was basically useless in her opinion.
"Fifteen hours of sleep? Two hours in the tub soaking? I don't know where he got his information but even I know that fifteen hours of sleep for a four year old is too much. Too much for a three year old as well...... I'll take care of her the way I feel is best. She needs more stimuli not less. She may be smart for her age but I think that is good."
