[@Tojin]There's only on problem I see with your character. Unfortunately it's a major problem. A major part of magic is running water. I will not accept your character with that magic set.

However, if your character was a inhuman or fey, it would work. I.E. YC was a changeling and thought he was human. That I would accept. Or if he wasn't pure human and by some quirk of genetics, he was able to access non-human powers; that is also acceptable.
