Ok just so I can jump in ASAP, can you tell me briefly:
 1. What kinds of magic are acceptable?
  2. What kind of characters (Divers and junkers if I got that right, but are there any restrictions as to the background?)
   3. Where is the IC at the moment? Chances are I'll read it before I post but just wondering where the possible openings are for me to squeeze in.
