This Place!  Here's what rough info I have so far.


The Theocratic Duchy of Principal Invention

This cultic pseudo-state functions mainly on a mercenary economy, offering closed mouthed soldiers for hire to solve dirty problems for the highest bidder.  Their budget is robust as their soldiers are capable, and often augmented, as well as being equipped well to suit their skills.  However, the soldiers never switch sides once hired.  They don't even speak to anyone outside their unit until they return home.  These who are permitted outside are the most zealous of the zealots.  They will do anything to maintain secrecy, security, and gather new information for the TDP.
