Stronger Than You actually nerfs him to only being marginally stronger than anyone who's weaker than him, and doesn't increase his strength against those that are stronger than him. XD

And yes, all those who don't have destructive magic will have difficulty in facing him. Doesn't seem to be much of a problem when most CSes say something along the lines of...
Strengths: Their destructive magic is super powerful!
Weaknesses: They don't have any defensive or supportive magics!

Gigalomania literally only works when the GMs want it to, but I suppose you wouldn't know about that factor because it was in the PM discussions I had with Grafroy.
