[@Xiphonic]: Okay, um... Firstly, her personality seems to entirely be "evil sadist" without anything much else. ^^; Secondly, um... I'm already not too inclined to let anything like mind control in, and Hero Rank does not indicate mental fortitude. E-Class heroes come in all shapes and sizes, they're just not skilled or powerful enough to enter in at a higher rank.
