[hider=Um...] I don't think the bionic arm is keeping him alive. If you look at it it does cover part of his his chest but I think that's just to tie the arm into his nervous system so it works properly. Sort of like this:

Besides I get the feeling he's had the that arm for awhile. That may increase how important Penny was to him. If she's based off the same tech then he likely considers her like a daughter but as Plank says she was probably part of something larger.

On an unrelated note, did Pyrrha get any of the Fall Maiden's power or did Cinder take it all? Cause I was sort of looking forward to a maiden power vs maiden power fight.

Also when Ozpin's facing Cinder I can just hear Voldemort and Dumbledore: "It was foolish of you to come here tonight Cinder. The Hunters are on their way." "By which time I shall be gone and you shall be dead."
