First, how do I make you Co-GM?

Second, if you haven't decided on superpowers yet, make it... as realistic as possible, if you get what I mean? I would like to see how this goes without reaching out to Magic. 

For example, something like plant control would be acceptable, but it has to be explained that perhaps in their biology there is a receptor that allows for hormonal communication with plantae. Something like that :) Nothing too extreme if you can't do it (goodness knows I can) - but I'm banking on the whole 'being observed and having experiments conducted on" to actually produce hypotheses.
