As you said, other heroes have come before using these same methods, which means that there are most likely previous people who have has phasing and teleporting as their powerset.
By the by, does it matter which form of teleorting we use?

Or phasing, by the way, I saw the nifty loophole avoidance of phasing-while-teleporting so that one doesn't kill themselves figuring out their power limitations.
