[@User] because tex mentioned it wouldn't make sense for Onweer to join your chara at the very beginning, let's intro them separately. However I see no problem with her knowing him prior: especially if he's a supplier it's more than likely that she's encountered him before.  Alternatively he could be one of the people she's tried to track down while lookin for Diver's paradise.  As she hasn't been thete yet, if we go for that, then they've probably never met in person. 

[@Blue Demon] that would be extremely fun and only god knows what she's seen in his mind of she's ever used her magic on him. XD Of course, even if she hasn't yet it'll probably come to that eventually. :3
