I don't think you understand fully. Nagisa was a witch and a magical girl at the same time. She appeared as a witch in the first place to fool the incubators. It wasn't her ability as a magical girl, but rather something she could do since she was there on behalf of magical girl jesus. Sakaya was the same, and uses her witch form like a stand.

You can go for gravity and telekinesis sure, but they don't seem to fit your character. Perhaps there's a better option for you that involves less editing.
