LOL The most Ryouko thinks he'll get close to people is just to talk to and understand each other. Not really a friend, but more of a...mediator in arguments. Ryouko doesn't see anyone as his friend.

You can do your worst. :D Ryouko doesn't really know anyone yet besides their pasts. And I know Kiiros is bad, but Ryouko doesn't really care how people are to him. 

Just doesn't want Kiiros to feel alone and wants to understand how he feels and all. It's a common thing with people I meet too.
