Not stuck in the tutorial area. They get sucked into their character and then suddenly appear in a real world that's different from the game, but has the same magic and monsters. So they're basically godlike powerful in a fantasy world, but don't know anything about the world yet. (Including that they're in fact godlike powerful.) And the guild with all it's npc's have come with them, the npc's now being real people all of a sudden too.
